hi tony

the fish are fine in the quarantine tank

I had troubles with the internet and phone at home

that was not planned, thats just a bad luck at a bad moment.

sorry for the stress, i was really stressed too.

it was above my control, the lines broke at my place because of a storm.

the important thing is that we got the fish and that they are fine.

your fish are very cute. we named one Tony in your honor. lol.

thank you!!!

Hi Tony, I finished the worm treatment #5 & #6 as you suggested. I like these meds, cover many different internal worms. It worked very well and the fish have recovered 100%, color good and very hungry. You are a genius ! Thank You.

Tony,
The fish are in excellent conditions, arrived on time all nicely packed. During the last 6 years I have got discus from XXX , YYY,  ZZZ and HHH I should have tried yours before. Even after turning into a proven pair you shipped them as promised. I call that an honest and professional discus breeder/importer, I will definitely do business with you again in the future.
 Thanks Tony

Tony--

The 6 large German Red Turks got here at 8:30 AM in good shape.  They are acclimated and swimming in the tank and seem to all be just fine.  Absolutely stunning fish!!!

They actually come up to the front of the glass when I approach -- not timid at all (main lights off and drapes closed, but blue LED moonlight on so I can see them).  They seem to be looking to be fed.  I was going to wait until tomorrow, but they really look pretty good.  Stress bars, but swimming normally together.  Thoughts?  Lights off / no food til tomorrow or should I give them some frozen blood worms tonight?  If they are hungry, not sure I want them hunting all those cardinals tonight...

Thanks again...

Matt

Subject: The babies have arrived...............

They are healthy and gorgeous!  They all have their fins up and are already warring over the tank.  I think I'll have to put some drift wood in this tank for them to establish different areas.  The spotted golden leopards are more beautiful in person than on the internet!   Thank you so much Tony!

The babies arrived at about 1:00 pm today and I have never seen more beautiful healthy discus in my lifetime!!!!!!!!!!! I love them. They all seem to be doing wonderfully.

I gave them some blood worm, a little bit and they are already coming to the glass to visit and be admired. I am so happy with these fish, they are the most beautiful discus I have ever seen. Do you still have the golden leopard ones? I have just cycled a 45 gal octagon tank that they would look lovely in. I want to fill my house with tanks again. I missed them so much. I only like the discus fish, the challenge, the extra care and the absolute pure beauty of them.

Hey Tony,

My name is Tyson and I've been a customer since 93' and wanted to say that you have the best discus shop in central and northern California . You always have the biggest, healthiest, and most beautiful selection of discus I've ever seen. And, not to mention, great customer service. You are very helpful when I come in and ask all my questions. I have been buying discus for years, and have never had any problems with the discus I have purchased from you. They are all still alive and thriving! Here are some pics for your website. (pictures posted on "customers' aquarium http://sunrisetropicals.com/id39.html"

Thanks,

Tyson (California)

Tony,

My name is David and I live out here in Boston, MA. I came into your shop on Monday January 7th to look at your Discus selection. As I was in town for a business trip and had a free day to visit your shop. I was overwhelmed with the quantity and quality of the fish you had in stock. I ended up purchasing 7 discus from you and wanted to send you my most sincere thanks. The fish all arrived on last Thursday morning as planned and were in excellent shape. They have all taken to my tank at home here and I cannot say enough kind words. The colors and beauty of the fish you sold me are unmatched. I hope you and your family have a safe and happy 2008 and will always recommend you as a source for the very higest quality Discus fish anywhere in the USA.

Kind Regards,

David N.

Hi Tony,

I just wanted to let you know that I received my shipment and all is well. I was waiting at the store from 9:00 am but it had gotten really windy here and the FedEx airplane circled around so long it had to divert to NYC to re-fuel before coming back to the Buffalo airport so it was almost noon before I got them. But besides that everything went without a problem. All of the Discus were upright in the bags upon my arrival at home, they were still nice and warm, have been acclimated and are looking about as good as they are going to in the dark :) Thank-you very much for the great service.... our business together is always a pleasure for me.

Best regards,

Mike
